We offer FREE shipping within the United States

Priority and Express shipping options are available for additional costs.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2 to 4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

 

States outside of the contiguous 48 states, such as Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii will not always have a free shipping method available to choose from.

PO Boxes may also require additional shipping costs.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

 

We offer regular international shipping to most countries

Estimated Shipping Time:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order

 

Regular tracking is included for international shipments.

 

The time frame above is simply an estimation of average orders shipped out. Your order may arrive sooner or slightly later based on a variety of factors that are outside of our control - such as customers, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, etc.

 

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customers from your own country. We do not take any of this - all of it goes to your local authorities. Please note that you are responsible for your own countries Taxes and Duties charges unless you choose our DDP shipping option at checkout.

 

Regular tracking has been known to not update as readily when it has left the departure country and is on route towards your destination country - so please keep that in mind.

 

Returns

We take pride in our Freedom Grooming products and want you to be happy using them. All of our products carry a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from freedom-grooming.com, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, including Amazon, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.

 

If you wish to return part of your order, we will refund the purchase price of each item from your original order.

  

Processing a Return

If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request.

 

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, skincare, etc.) must be at least three quarters full to be eligible for a refund.

 

Our return policy is applicable only to orders placed on https://www.freedom-grooming.com

 

Please note that our return policy does not apply to single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions and recurring charges, or extra accessories for the FlexSeries device. Single refill replacement blades, monthly subscriptions, and extra accessories are non-refundable.

 

Return shipping labels are not provided by Freedom Grooming at this time. Freedom Grooming is not responsible for any return shipping and handling costs.

 

In order to process a return, please take the following steps:

1. Fill out our contact form or email support@freedom-grooming.com with your name, order number, and your request for a return or exchange.

2. Place the items you would like to return back in the original packaging, with all components just as you received them.

3. Make sure your name and order number are clearly visible within or on the return parcel so our returns warehouse can verify who the return is for.

4. Please ship your return to the following address.

5. Once you have your returns tracking information, please provide it to our support team by emailing us at support@freedom-grooming.com - or by including the tracking information in your original email you used to start your return process.  We require the return tracking information be sent to us in order for us to enter your information into our returns system. This is so our team can get it scanned in properly, and get your funds refunded as quickly as possible. Returns without tracking submitted to our support team will not be able to be refunded.

 

Your funds will be deposited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days once the return has been processed.

 

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can also only be made during the 30-day trial. If you want to get your item(s) swapped out, send our help team an email and we'll help you set up an exchange request. 

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (as listed above) must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange. 

 

Shipping Outside of the USA

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
 
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
